"Jackass" alum Bam Margera has been ordered to six months probation over a family altercation.
On Wednesday, the former MTV star pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct after an altercation at his home near Philadelphia, according to the Associated Press and ABC 6. Margera, 44, was charged with assaulting his brother, Jess Margera, and making threats to family members.
The April 2023 altercation took place during what Jess Margera called a "frightening and unpredictable" two-week visit home last year, the outlet reported.
At the time, police we called to the home for a domestic disturbance. Jesse Margera told police that the "Viva La Bam" star had pounded and kicked his locked bedroom door open; during a later confrontation, punched him in the eye, nose and ear; and left a threatening handwritten note signed "Bam," the Associated Press reported.
Jess Margera suffered a ruptured eardrum due to the altercation, according to the outlets. He suggested during a hearing that Bam Mergera got upset after seeing a text message saying he needed mental health treatment.

Bam Margera reportedly fled the home on foot. An arrest warrant was later issued for his arrest.
At a July 2023 hearing, Jess Margera said his brother was "a good dude when he's not messed up," the Associated Press reported. At the same hearing, Bam Margera told a judge he was getting alcohol and drug treatment.
"I'm not trying to get him in trouble here. I just want him to get the help because I feel like this is our last chance," Jess Margera said, reflecting on what he called two decades of troubling behavior by the former reality star.
Bam Magera's lawyer, William Brennan, said on Wednesday the "Jackass" star pleaded guilty to two summary offenses and is currently clean and sober, according to the AP.
"You can really say he won his case before today just by turning his life around," Brennan told the outlet.
